Complete refurbishment of a house in a century-old building with a community that is very careful in its conservation.
A very careful intervention with the original construction materials and determined to update its functionality for the new owners.
We redistributed the functions, taking the lounge. Dining room to the main south-east façade and opened the kitchen wall to let in natural light, thus integrating the kitchen into the dining room. The bedrooms were moved to the rear façade, facing a quiet interior courtyard.
The period doors of the house were recovered and the interior spaces were made more efficient.
The result was a comfortable, comfortable flat with a lot of natural light.
